Walk Midland Program

Come get fit for free! The Walk Midland program encourages participants to walk an approximately 2-mile walking route.

The program begins the first Monday in June and ends in mid-July.

Participants fill out a brief registration form at the start of each walk.

With every two-mile local walk, drawings will be held for a gift certificate to a local ice cream or coffee shop.

You will also be registered for the grand prize package full of great items from our walk sponsors.

Due to a change in ownership, the Walk Midland Program is no longer able to provide the Walk Midland prize package at the Grand Hotel over Labor Day weekend.

Bring your walking shoes and be a part of this free community-wide program.

Most of all bring a good attitude and a willingness to participate for a healthier you.

Everyone is welcome, so bring a friend or meet a neighbor and come get fit!

Walks sponsored by Midland Parks and Recreation, MidMichigan Health, Chippewa Nature Center Greater Midland Corporate Health and new in 2021, Little Forks Conservancy!
